Alan Silvestri Scoring Red 2

Hey, I'll take it. I thought Christophe Beck did a decent job with the first one, but I've got a soft spot for Alan Silvestri, and I'm looking forward to what he does with this one.

Curious if his track titles will be as cool as Beck's for the first one!
But pretty cool news, love Silvestri's action writing.

In recent years, he has been composing a lot of big budget action films. It would be great too see him take on more assignments in other genres like dramas (e.g. Flight).

Liked Silvestri ever since I heard his sizzling synth and percussion-driven work on the Colombia-located, Robert Zemeckis-directed romantic adventure, Romancing the Stone, starring Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner.

Then, after that next "little" Robert Zemeckis-directed, Dolorean-driven time-travel vehicle, Back to the Future, he went down the inevitable action road, with Predator, The Abyss and a whole bunch of others, where his music, like James Horner's, all kinda, sorta began to sound the same, before he rebounded and composed the gorgeous, rich "Americana" score to Zemeckis' Forrest Gump, and I lost track of him ever since.

It'd be interesting to hear some new, fresh and innovative work come out of this man! He's certainly talented!
