Repubs offered $1.1T and Dems wanted $3.4T. Dems came down to $2T. The question is what was the difference they were squabbling about? Either way, the stimulus check people would receive, would be the same amount. The additional $900B is for state and local govt programs and a few million for the Post Office. That's the difference.
