What kind of Cadillac is this?


I've seen some of the black guys in my area drive these things. It has a "tire impression" in the trunk area, I guess to put the tire in, or perhaps for looks only. I saw it also on the movie "Parker" with Jason Statham. Here's a pic of the "tire impression":

....but when I googled pictures of the Cadillac Fleetwood, it looked different than what I see in this picture. Most of the Caddy's are 2 door or aren't as long as a mid 90's Fleetwood.

Is it even a Caddy?

Yes, it's a Caddy. The fake spare tire that's mounted behind the trunk lid is called a 'Continental Kit,' and it is intended to harken back to the days when automobile manufacturers would actually strap the spare tire onto the rear bumper of a car, instead of hiding it in the trunk (boot).

This car has been otherwise modified, and I only got the view from the rear. It's probably a '93 Deville, as the caption implies. The Devilles from 1977 to 1996 don't look all that different, from year to year.
