Toshiba Satellite System Error.

For some time my laptop has had a pop up of an error regarding cooling system.
It says to return and service.
I googled the error and found the following info.

I have tried to follow the instructions given, but as I try to reinstall or make a system reset the laptop switches off.
I have not used the laptop for sometime, I am using it to make these corrections whilst
it is connected to the mains supply and charging.
Is it because there is no full charge, although I have always used before without a problem on charge.

Laptop computers are garbage...

Which is why I custom build desktop computers fitted with a Coolermaster v8
heatsink kit which is so efficient that the computer can keep running
without any danger of overheating, even if the cpu fan fails.

Off the shelf computers are never outfitted with anything that nice
because the companies that make those make their computers as cheaply
as possible, designed to fail so that those companies can continue
to make huge profits off of maintenance and selling new computers.

My Toshiba Satellite has been going strong for almost 10 years and apart from blowing a speaker (and needing a good clean) has never had any problems.
