Premature shut down because of this site?
It just hit me.
It was not the 20th in half of the world when the boards went down.
Could it be possible that they saw the boards being copied here and they wanted to stop it?
I think it was based on UK time. A couple people from there said it stopped at 12:10am for them (the 20th)
If that's the case, IMDB should've let people know which time zone they were going by. Many users were still in the middle of saying good-byes and saving things before the abrupt shutdown.
