I have a question about IMDB.

In several of my posts I've indicated how much I love the email notification feature here since we did not have it at IMDB. But I received one reply which said that we DID have it at IMDB. If that is true, house come (as my friend from Akron would say) I never received one?

Hmm. I've always received e-mail notifications about replies to a post I made. I don't remember exactly, but maybe there was a box you needed to check in order to receive them, in your e-mail preferences section?

Yes ,there is,usually i check the "important" section of my inbox,but sometimes they're going on "spam" section.

Yeah, the e-mail notifications from MovieChat keep going into my spam folder.

This didn't happened to me,every time i was replying to anyone there, i was receiving an email notification when that person reply back.

I always got the notifications at IMDB, and don't remember having to set anything in my preferences to receive them. Maybe you registered after (or before) I did, when the settling wasn't the default?

Thanks. I just discovered that you had to sign up for them. Who knew?

I didn't sign up for them here, so assume they were turned on as default, and then Jim changed it so you have to turn them on.

I first started getting emails from IMDb but I turned it off, didn't need them, didn't want them.
