After Hours (1985)

Love After Hours, great ensemble cast, a lot of twisted humor.
I remember sharing it with a woman a long time ago, and she didn't appreciate it.
She felt everyone was unhappy. She doesn't like dark humor, she wants people to act like saints.
Wonderful person but sometimes it seems like she's on another plane or something.

It's a classic in my opinion, But it's not for everyone.

Another under-appreciated Scorsese film is Hugo.
The same woman just yesterday mentioned how much she enjoyed it, as did I (3D in the theater).
Had a wonderful glow about it, and the little history of early film part was fun. I think some people found that part boring, but I liked it.

That's the only Scorsese film that I've still not watched yet, I keep forgetting he directed it. Will get round to it eventually.

Hard to call a movie that makes almost 400 mil (and profits over 100 mil) a bomb, but all media at the time was claiming Solo bombed. It was a great movie, probably the best of the new Star Wars.
