shareI'd buy some form of tiny home, either a used canal boat on my local waterways, or a used trailer home in a residential park.
Getting hold of one of these ways of living is unfortunately the only way I'd actually own my own living space instead of renting 'til I'm dead, lol! I live in London and it's so expensive that they've figured it would now take a low wage earner something ridiculous like 300 years to just buy a house here.
So a barge or trailer is my only hope, lol. Then I could also have the rescue pets I want to have (not allowed in my rental apartment).
Hookers and blow. Just kidding. I'd invest it and if I had a decent return, I'd send some money back your way as a thanks.
shareUnfortunately, $10K wouldn't put much of a dent in my mortgage. I do have some credit card debt this would knock down significantly. I'd keep a little for myself on the side, but paying off a credit card would be the smartest thing to do. So when can I expect to see this little windfall?

That's mean - I'm sitting here with a temperature hovering near zero and you post a pool! Heck, it's even too cold to use the fire pit! š Ha, ha. I'd take either one.
