Diverse taste there! Any favorites?

Listen to all kinds of music in general but prefer:
Southern Rock
Jazz
60s, 70s, and 80s

I am terrible at remembering the names of bands and their songs no matter how much I listen to music. I am currently enjoying a lot of "soul metal" mashups, a made-up genre. It's cool hearing Black Sabbath playing guitar riffs to "Children of the Grave" in the background while The Temptations are performing their hearts out to "Get Ready" at the same time!

It's a sweet channel; should check it out.

I usually listen to Top 10 Hits and Lost Hits Of The 80's, that's what I'm often in the mood to listen to the most, I have over 2,200 songs in my Top 10 hits playlist.

You are clearly organized! Seems a lot of people got tired of hearing power ballads being aired over the radio all the time (Van Halen) during the 80s and the era was a bedrock for fads galore (glam rock, anyone?). Though music videos were at their prime; great time for musical experiment.

I also had a guilty pleasures playlist but accidentally deleted it but thankfully I'll recreate it when I have the time

I just have a playlist with everything I like (about 5000 songs) and I shuffle all of them whenever I'm out and about. That way I get lots of different genres all the time.

Never heard Top 40s but YES to the rest of your list

I would add a bit of Disco because it's fun

reply

What I mean by Top 40 is songs that made the Top 40.

My fault
I misunderstood

It's all good, I just recently came up with the Classic Hits playlist.
