A movie you weren't able to finish?

Once upon a time in america.

I am not sure it actually has an ending, it just goes on and on.

Interstellar (2014)

I stupidly sat through the first hour of the film waiting for it to improve before I switched it off in disgust.

Was is the sentimentality or the scientific inaccuracies?

It was just unrelentingly slow, boring and dumb. When the two dimensional Rubik's Cube robot went spastically splashing after Anne Hathaway who had managed to sprain her ankle or something in a knee deep ocean that had somehow spawned a 200 feet high slow motion tsunami that was lazily looking it might get to them sometime next week that was enough for me.

You should be glad you didn't get to the "love transcends space and time" nonsense.

reply

75% of the films I've tried to watch this year I haven't been able to finish.
It might be easier to come up with those I could finish.

reply

Any of the Twilight films.

Always ended up watching the back of my eyelids instead.

reply

Lawrence of Arabia
I was given the soundtrack on vinyl and thought the music was excellent

Then I tried watching the movie
Lord was it slow
I gave up:/
