Only if abortion is also considered a homicide. Since it isn't, by the logic that fetus isn't a person, then that same logic must apply to all situations. But it may also depend on which month it is because abortions are usually only allowed up to x months.

I mean, honestly, does anyone even like women.

In Australia it isn't and it has resulted in particularly car accidents due to negligence and a pregnant woman losing her baby without any consequence to the guilty driver.

And I agree that it's abortion which makes it a hazy topic.
