Anybody starting to transition to plant-based protein in their diet?


I'm a newby to it and have quite enjoyed it so far. I am making a chickpea, tomato, black olive and pasta soup tonight. My question is what are your main sources of protein? I still eat eggs but I want to stop that as well. I do workout so I drink protein shakes so that helps. I do admit to cheating on occasion when I eat out or are traveling but it has been amazingly easy so far.

The results have been feeling less bloated, having more energy, and my skin is the clearest it has ever been.

Any tips or recipe ideas would be appreciated!
