Do you still watch cartoons?

Particularly cartoons that are aimed at children.

reply

Yes, but mostly DC Superhero catoons. Sometimes they are good.

reply

Heck yes to that!

They are some of the best written series you will ever have the pleasure of watching, where they don't talk down to kids, and also something for adults to enjoy. 9 times out of 10, they have better action, pacing, and direction in their medium than what you will see in their live-action counterparts thanks to animation being free of those restraints.

The United States seems to be an exception to the rest of the world, a lot of Americans believing that cartoons are only meant for children.

Yes, my daughter is 5 - that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

reply

Yeah, I don't know why.

reply

No

reply

How dare you, sir... these days we call them "anime'".

reply

"Anime was a mistake" - Hayao Miyazaki

Sometimes my fiancée makes me watch animated movies (like The Incredibles, Inside Out, Coco etc.). But I'm not a fan of them, tbh I never were. I liked cartoons on TV though, and I still watch Archer, Family Guy, Rick & Morty, etc.

reply

Sometimes I'll rewatch the old Looney Tunes.. Bugs and Daffy. On a regular bases I just watch Bobs Burgers.

reply

YouTube is good for old Looney Tunes.

reply

No, can't say that I do.
