Beautiful young women in skimpy clothes. Curmudgeonly old bespectacled professors clutching their books on their way to their lectures. A bunch of chads skateboarding and showing off their parkour skills. Palm trees and pool parties all around.

Are you kidding? There's nobody on California university campuses right now! All the schools are closed, and will probably stay shut for the fall semester as well.
I rode my bike through the local University of California campus. Instead of the usual crowds lying on the lawn at the Quad, there was a small flock of ducks. They had the whole lawn to themselves.
Okay, no need to be pedantic. Perhaps I'm talking about the schools before the coronavirus hit....

It's not like reality is much fun these days.
This one thyme eye went to a park to feed some bread to the ducks and then they got FRANTIC and went completely nuts. I was straight up RUNNING AWAY from a group of ducks as they chased me and quacked.
EDIT: On a separate occasion I also got hissed at by a swan.
