You ever get sick of pre-packaged bread and have to switch to fresh made artisan bread from the bakery?

I gag thinking of soft, squishy wonderbread now. Even the “gourmet” stuff like Pepperidge Farm or Brownberry is pretty bad. The only thing I use that for now is egg in a hole, which I rarely make.

I like both
A packaged white, wheat or Rye is great for a quick lunch but the better bakery breads are perfect for pasta dinner or a huge Italian combo sandwich

I love a good Pain de Mie from a good bakery.

Definitely. Certain foods don't even taste good with mass market bread. Fresh cheddar-baked bread greatly improves egg salad sandwiches, and tuna is best with herb focaccia buns.

The only thing I use mass market bread for is pb&j, grilled cheese, and egg in a hole.
