This is very accurate
Gene Simmons lived in Yonkers for a while in a very nice high rise near my former home...he wasn't an unpleasant guy but he wasn't lending anyone a dime either 😃

Axl Rose for sure, firing a rock band on the top of their game only to then take over 10 to do a new album that sucked anyway. And now the band tours..... with mostly the original members because no one cared for the Axl version.
