But I get that message for like 15-20 minutes after I post :( is that normal?

shareThat's definitely not normal. It's only supposed to happen if you try to post within a minute of your last post.
I suggest you sign out, clear your browser's history and cache/temporary internet files, then sign in again and see if that clears it up.
just did that I and still getting the message. yesterday I switched browsers and same. finally opposed this after 15 minutes of my last
sharestill doing it and I even get messages like "this may go against our board guidelines weird :("
