If someone answers one of my posts, I'm used to getting a email notification. Is that not a thing in MovieChat? Or is there an option I need to click on?
If it's automatic, maybe the email service I use doesn't allow emails from MC? Do I possibly need to change to a different email service?
You enable that feature by accessing your profile page (the vaguely human-shaped icon to the left of the mail envelope). Currently others are reporting that they are not receiving any notifications, though. It remains to be confirmed what the exact issue might be.
shareThanks, I checked there and it's set to "ON." It's just not working or maybe my email service considers it junk and totally rejects it...it's not even to put it into the spam folder.
shareUpdate: I changed the email address to a totally different account. Maybe that might help? I'll let you know.
