I respect that she writes songs people seem to love and performs live. Otherwise I can’t relate to her.

But good for her though.

reply

When she performs Live, does she actually sing the song or lip sync??

reply

From what I read she does sing live. She employs some tricks like a backup track and extra singers for certain songs. Still, a very talented person and while I’m not a fan cheers to her.

I will consult my 9 year old daughter, who is a Swifty.

When the next Billboard Hot 100 listing comes out, she will command the top 14 spots. I've never even heard a Taylor Swift Song.

That is incredible!

I bet if you listened to her hits you’d recognise one or two.

Personally, I don’t mind her and actually like some of her stuff, but I appreciate the fact that I’m not her demographic.

For starters I skimmed through this https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLmU8B4gZ41idkZQL1ggCHkH94tVH3jVCT

I didn't recognize anything, but I can see her appeal. Can't see her stuff bringing anyone to tears, though.

reply

Has your daughter listened to the album yet and, if so, what did she think of it?

reply

She says it’s her favourite Taylor Swift album!

reply

I listened to her new album a couple times and I liked it. I don't think it is her best album, but I would rate it an 8/10 and likely rank it her 4th best album.

reply

she is more insufferable than beyonce

reply

Anyone who thinks she's one of the best songwriters probably only listen to whichever artist is on the charts.

Consume more product. 😆

We need better music with an odd sense of personality

The only song of hers I recognize is the one where she is sitting “on the bleachers” but I do find it funny how she re-recorded all her albums because she didn’t like the guy who owned the original recordings.

The most gangsta, bad-ass move in music history. I think of Michael Corleone in a Godfather Part II("Senator, you can have my answer right now, if you like. My offer is this: nothing

She draws so much cash, even that guy is still making a fortune.

reply

I'm not a fan but i do buy a song from time to time. I own this one....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sh4RMEaCME4

That was very good indeed.
