6.5/10. Her acting is decent and she looks cool. I don't just mean she's hot, although that too, but some people just look really cool.

I've seen her in a lot of shit movies that she was shit in: The Call, Moonfall, Gotika, Catwoman. I liked John Wick 3 and she was bad in that too.

People throw the word "eyesore" around, but it really was a major eyesore. The editing is way too fast for no reason. And the CGI was terrible.

I never got it with her. Gorgeous yes, but acting wise?

Even the one she won for - "Monsters Ball" if I remember correctly - she was just ok.

There was one she did with I believe Jessica Lange. She played a crackhead losing her kid to Jessica. I think that's how it went. I don't remember the title - Halle was good in it.

That's about it.

The movie is "Losing Isaiah". Every black person in my school loved that movie.

Yeah, I think "Losing Isaiah" was one of Halle's first movies.

She was good as I recall.

The rest of her stuff, I tend to agree - sh(*&%$t performances in sh(*&^%$t flicks.

OH GOD. Fine now I'm up 7.

Not really, but what I meant is that, in that video, she is kicking ass, and that is still acting.

Fight scenes and stunts need to be acted out convincingly, and she is 58 years old doing all that shit herself and doing it well.

She was especially bad in Losing Isaiah and Queenie. She can't do dialects, therefore she shouldn't try. Her "acting" is so cringeworthy, it makes my eyes water.

My favourite bad performance from her is in "The Call". Just so many cringey moments for her. The best thing I can say is that I don't believe she's phoning in any of her performances so I'll give her credit for that.
