One of things I like about Las Vegas.

The "Las Vegas Strip" area where all the casino resorts are is very walkable! Most of the resorts are all within walking distance from each other! It's a pleasure to walk all along the Strip to see all the people, places, and things.

If one has never been, it's fun to do a walking tour of the lobbies. All the strip hotels have cool, elaborate lobbies. But it is a much longer walking tour than you might think because some of the hotels are set back a ways from the street.

And, of course, browsing the shops. World-class shopping in those hotels!

reply

Yep, totally agreed! Great lobbies but they are far from the street! And shopping is great!

reply

It's fun walking around, has changed so much over time. Wish there wasn't so many homeless people on the streets though.

reply

I agree, lots of changes!

reply

Let's not forget the beautiful buffets stacked with world class cuisine.

YOU JUST NAMED THE ONLY THING I MIGHT HAVE ANY INTEREST IN SHOULD I EVER REVISIT VEGAS.

That and AEW with their annual Double or Nothing show. WWE is also hosting Wrestlemania next April, but that might be worth checking out because of the indie shows over the same weekend.

I WAS A HULKAMANIAC AS A KID AND A STONE COLD FAN AS A TEENAGER...I STOPPED WATCHING AFTER THAT....NOT SURE WHY....I LIKE TO WATCH YOUTUBE VIDEOS THAT RUN DOWN EVENTS AND PLAYERS IN THE WORLD OF WRESTLING STILL THOUGH.

reply

COVID took a toll on many of those though.

There's also the Pinball Hall of Fame:

Did Vegas ban those guys klacking their stripper cards that ended up littering all over the sidewalks?
That's my fond memory of Vegas.
