I'm not sure I've seen enough of her movies to say too much with any authority but I love her in Casablanca (my favorite movie ever), Gaslight, Voyage to Italy, Joan of Arc, Autumn Sonata and Notorious.
Under Capricorn is not a very good or even coherent movie, but it's never boring. And it's all because of Ingrid. I was mesmerized by her performance in that movie. It made me think of one of those silent Greta Garbo movies that makes no sense, you can't remember what happened the next day, but it's fascinating.

I don't think I can pick out 5 performances as she was so good in everything I have seen her in.
But I can pick out my personal favourite that stands above the rest in my opinion. And it is the movie that made me fall in love with her screen presence & talent, the movie is Notorious.

Notorious is the vehicle that best showcased her formidable acting talent and beauty. It is one of those films why people call her the most beautiful woman ever graced the silver screen.
