She actually voiced Dr. Miki Hokuto, NOT Hana Matsuzaki. The Hana role is a grand mother and was voiced by an older actress. Dr. Miki Hokuto is wrongly attributed to Christina Hendricks, but I habe no idea whom she voiced, I think some minor role.

Some site credited the role listings wrong, somebody added this info to IMDB and all other sources copied the wrong information. I tried several times to correct the information, but the updates were always rejected or somebody changed it back to wrong entry. Gillian Anderson's entry was propably deleted because there were two names for the English dubbed verison for Hana Matsuzaki and/or Miki Hokuto.

Thanks for the info, Lady Jane. I also saw your message on the From Up on Poppy Hill board. Unfortunate that it's so difficult to correct this.

I also see that she's listed only for one ep for War & Peace; I wonder about this credit, as it yet to be known in how many episodes she's in.

According to various Wikipedia updates, including here: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Christina_Hendricks&type=revision&diff=707195239&oldid=707194933, Hendricks voiced the character of Saori Makimura.
Anyway, perhaps Hendricks herself or someone from her team could correctly update her role in this project, so Anderson could have her credit.

I submitted a correction, but I guess just like my 5 other submissions on this, it will be ignored or undone...

Looks like IMDB has updated (see http://www.imdb.com/czone/times) since my other submission are online but get what has been rejected again? Yes, the entries for "Upon a Poppy Hill"...
