titanic is good film technically but has poor scripts and mediocre di caprio and winslet as lead.

if cameron make titanic in 80s he probably cast better actor as leads like he do in terminator and abyss and that would improve titanic.

but yes i know di crapio's superstardom in late 90s make him big draw. cameron was wise from money perspective to cast this wuss. many fangirl see film because of this weedy upstart.
