Sorry, just double-checking so I don't accidentally embarrass myself in front of somebody trying to say his name if it's pronounced a certain way.

How do you pronounce the wesz part? It's not like El-ways, right? Is it like west without the T? I, too, don't want to go around and say his name the wrong way claiming to be a fan.
