that beard
doesn't work for him probably just as bad
as "duck dynasty" beards
he is not the most interesting man in the world

Ever heard of growing a beard for a role?
shareThey could not use a fake beard so he does not have to go around with that disgusting thing on his face all the time?

You think it's disgusting, I think it looks badass, personally. He looked rugged and badass in Blood Father, great movie too.
Whine about something else, perhaps.
I hate long, bushy, wiry, moses beards on anyone. Especially on much younger guys.

I bet it's gone after the role is played. Unless he has another bearded character to play, which I'd say is unlikely. Two bearded guys in a row is enough.
shareWhat kind of question is that? Actors shave heads, lose weight, gain weight and do a lot of things for the roles they play. If it does not worry him, why would it worry you?
shareIt does not worry me. I was just agreeing with the OP. I am entitled to my opinion. My husband has a beard and I hate it.

Mel would look good with a closer-cropped, more kempt beard.
Like the hipster beards 90% of men wear now.
Normally....they just look hipster and cliche and done-to-death and unoriginal and contrived and poser and ridiculous.
But Mel would look good with a much more trimmed variation of the beard he currently has.
