Does anyone know if he worked out or if his physique is simply a product of genes and vegan food?

He did push-ups obsessively; hence, the chest. He once said he didn't like going to the gym at all.
The vegan diet probably helped. Although by the end, the chemicals and then the artichoke purification diet, made him too skinny.
By all reports, he was hung like a horse.
