Natalie Portman reveals Lauren Bacall 'didn't like' her

I don't believe that someone with as much class and elegance as Lauren Bacall, an actress who started young and didn't believe in herself, a member of Hollywood's Golden Age, would say she didn't like Natalie. In fact I believe Lauren would love Natalie for the variety of roles she's done with such success.

It's far more likely that Natalie's insecurity as a first time director created doubts that people she admired could like her. Also, Lauren may have been frustrated working with a newbie and that probably showed. Doesn't mean she hated her. I think she means it more like "omg she totally hated me lol" instead of actually saying anything.

Why would she like her? Natalie Portman has no talent and Lauren Bacall was a byatch.

I loved it when she got punched in the Sopranos episode by Christopher haha.

I loved it too. Bacall was so full of herself and so generally disliked in the film industry she had it coming,even if it was fiction.
