Unlikely. No matter how it happened, it gave the Oscars a buzz it hasn't had in a very long time. Publicly, they're outraged. Privately, they're ecstatic. The only way they revoke his win is if public outcry gets too great.

He shouldn't ever be allowed back there.

If you have an event where comedians are making jokes about celebrities, you can't allow someone to just go on stage and hit someone when they don't like a joke.

If he's allowed back, no comedian should ever host or present there.

He committed a crime (assault) in front of millions. And he gets a fucking award?!!? Thuggery should mean he is disqualified from from winning at the very least.
