How can anyone like him

At least he kept me awake during some of the boring parts..like endless memorials to some of the least known people in film making. And the mission statement of the Academy..to encourage artistic freedom opposing censorship while they erased Zero Dark Thirty from the list a couple of years back..and theaters refused to release The Interview.

How can anyone like him? Because he's one of the greatest entertainers out there right now. The man can do ANYTHING. Sing, dance, act, comedy, drama, movies, tv, Broadway... he's done it all and done it incredibly well... you name it, he can do it. What can YOU do? Nothing, which is probably why you're trolling this board trying to bring someone down. Does it make you feel good about yourself?

Nope. Just a big fan who is inspired but his talent and skill who is tired of internet bashing and doesn't understand why so many people spend their lives focused on spreading negativity and bringing other people down.

I would try anger management if I were you. I have a right to express my opinion just as you do. There was no need for you to declare I have nothing going for me. How do you feel you know me to know what I have going for me? Look, lady, I don't like him, & a lot of other people don't either I see from others postings. I was a fan. He lost me for good with this. He comes off as a narcissistic mouthpiece for Wall Street and the NSA.

I'm sure he's aware of all this. From what I can gather, he is famous for this smug and somewhat evil persona since he was a random ironic joke in the Harold & Kumar movies. What is seen of him now is probably fake and is slowly getting old I suppose or just doesn't work all the time. I think he should have just been classy and funny not sarcastic Barney funny for The Oscars.
