RIP.

For the life of me I can't remember Hauer at all in this film. Can someone put his character in context for me? It's like effing Eternal Sunshine on a Spotless Mind, I remember everything else except him.

He was on the board of directors for Wayne Enterprises, he was in the scene where Bruce came back from training with Raz Al Ghoul and walked in on the meeting.
