I'm pretty sure it is (85% if not 100). David Lynch is assembling one hell of a cast.

i'm so psyched! i had some modest dreams back in the day of JJL working with Lynch, but never really believed in it, and now i feel like i'm in some parallel universe - she might be working with him after all and where - in Twin Peaks!

The prospect of David Lynch and Jennifer Jason Leigh finally working together is almost too good to be true, so let's hope it is true. You just know she'd fit into Lynchland very naturally. I'd love to see him cast her in a full-length feature film, but I'm not sure Lynch will ever make one of those again. Still, a stint on the new Twin Peaks would be a dream for most JJL fans.

Speaking of eyes, she was in Eyes Wide Shut before she was replaced.
