Talked about nepotism and a leg up for his kids. He even openly admits it but isn't charged with this scandal. I guess the wife did the payment.

Well, but, what he says there isn't enough to implicate him in the college thing. It sounds like he's talking about the movie business there. (It's pretty much true of any industry though, isn't it? Parents can get their kids jobs in most industries, I would think.)
