I know the doctors are under orders not to disclose anything but has she been seen in public lately?

she make an extended cameo in the very excellent mr dundee film put out by paul hoagan. she seemed in good spirits.

The last I heard, remarkably well for someone battling stage 4 cancer. It’s quite astonishing what a survivor she is. This article from late last year is a great read:
