Maybe her hairline is receding? I only see a tiny mark in the front which could be from a scar or bad cosmetic surgery or whatnot. It's barely noticeable with all the other hair follicles around her head. She clearly still has a lot of hair still intact if she didn't buzz cut.
If she has patches of hair missing, it could be the result of extension putting so much strain on hair follicles that they die, actresses and models can have that problem.

If she does have it, it's minor. Despite the buzz cut, I didn't see any evidence of bare skin. It looks to me that if she grew her hair out, it would be as full or more full than most women her age have.
My buddy has it, and he just decided to go to a shaved head which happens to be a really good look for him. Before he began to shave his head, he had *huge* areas of pure baldness in several areas around his scalp.

if you were an actor or actress especially, constantly having to use different chemicals to change your hair ()or doing so yourself) plus having your hair in a tight weave. you will lose hair follicles. its like me claiming getting slightly chubby because I chose to ate to much is a disability. Seeing her and the outrage you'd think he'd just made fun of her having stage 3 cancer and she's almost dead
