What's with all the "remember me?" headlines? Is it due to COVID?

I tend to think that the current trend of rehashing old news items that I've already experienced when they happened as the new norm in the news/headline business. Amiright? Slow news days translate into finding nostalgia for the younger audiences and then revamping them with revisitionist eyes.

Sean Young's public escapades to win the Catwoman role were well publicized and she was ridiculed in kind for her "stunt". Now she's at it again trying to garner sympathy when in reality she should have already moved on to better things. Even Michelle Pfeiffer who eventually won the role doesn't harp on the movie itself, even though it was a pretty good role and sequel.

It just seems sad to me that Sean has to level herself with all of these other faded celebrities like Britney, Jessica SIMPson, and all of those actors from already long gone tv shows.
