Bring him back to "General Hospital"- THE SHOW NEEDS HIM!

With Tony Geary retiring from the show, there will be a vacancy of sorts on the show and a big name should step in. Who better than the former "Dr. Jeff Webber" to return GH? It would be ideal for RDA to come back as Chief of Staff, fufilling his character's destiny (Jeff's own dad was longtime Chief of Staff Dr. Steve Hardy). Plus, on the show his daughter Elizabeth is a major character, plus his first two wives are still there (Monica and Heather), so video flashbacks from the late 70s-early 80s can be used. The great stature Richard has gained over the years from his primetime work would be a great asset to "GH" as a whole. ABC should offer Richard the moon and the stars to get him back to "General Hospital"!

Yep

Would be nice but the writers would turn him evil and have Sonny kill him and save the day again.

Monica is back as chief of staff and someones mom showed up and thought the weber name seemed familiar...so this would be a good time to bring the character back!

They couldn't afford him. The salary cutbacks is one of the reasons why Tony Geary left GH.

His credits list him on GH for 2 episodes? I recall him as a regular for many episodes. Wasn't he on for a few years?

reply

yes he was on GH for a long time....the episode counts are all screwed up on GH IMDB for a lot of the actors on the show especially the old timers.

would love if richard came back to GH
