Two season curse?

I find it really strange that all three of her post Married with Children series have run for two seasons. A lot of new series get axed before all ordered episodes have been shot/aired, so finishing out the season and getting renewed is the biggest hurdle for any new show to overcome. All three of Christina's series have made it over that hurdle, and yet none of them have been able to continue on to a third season. I know she'll bounce back, she's already got Anchorman 2 in the works which should be big, but I hope if she does do television again that she gets the chance to do a show that has some legs and breaks this two season "curse" for lack of a better word.
