Magnum, p.i.????

The final Magnum, Resolutions Part 1, in the opening scene there is a sailor that looks a lot like Jim but I do not see in his acting history a mention of this TV show. Anyone know if that might have been him?

If they ever do a reboot of the Magnum, P.I. series (like they did Hawaii 5-0) I can so see Jim playing Magnum.
