That voice...

I came on here just to see if anyone else commented on his sexy voice!!

Oh yes he has very sexy voice. This man is like fine wine. He is so handsome.

I think he is just awesome, what a voice too!

Not sure why he whispers 85% of his lines, maybe 90%. But, if one pays attention, there are rare moments when he actually speaks in a normal voice. (Does he forget who his character is at those moments?) I doubt that, as he is a very good and seasoned actor.

My conclusion is that he plays John Reese as someone mysterious. Therefore, the whisper voice increases the mystery. But, it does get tiresome at some point.

Just beginning to watch Season 2 and appreciate the movement from totally episodic TV to longer, connected seasonal story lines.

Did you ever hear Mr. Caviezel imitate Walken? He is flawless.

He also imitates Jimmy Stewart ( his idol). I love his whispery voice, however, I think his normal voice is equally as good. And his smile.,,,,, OMG! He can melt ice cream with that smile. He's just a darn good actor and person.
I hope they have a season 6. Love the show.
Maybe NETFLIX can pick it up.

I saw on YouTube that he mentioned he wasn't imitating Clint Eastwood low voice, but because he was wearing the earpiece while talking with Finch so he had keep his voice low so that people wouldn't notice him while talking hence that deep, low voice.
