The dude is short

I saw him in LAX in the 1990's , I was surprised at how short he is, 5'6 tops.

Hollywood is great at hiding a man's height.

reply

He's listed as 5'10" (sometimes 5'11"), although elsewhere it says he's 180 cm, which is just over 5'9". I saw him on That Metal Show standing next to the three hosts and it seems about accurate.

What kind of celebrity list their height?

Special high healed boots and foot lifts can do wonders for short people.

Nothing wrong with being short, but I was just surprised on how well they can hide it on camera.

And it definitely was him, he was either meeting or saying goodbye to someone at the airport, and didn't have his special boots on.

I can't blame him for wearing them, because the tough guy Italian act (he is also Jewish by the way) is hard to pull off when your 5'6". (Unless your name is Joe Pesci)

reply

Fonzi could pull it off. He was always the shortest guy in the room. Even Joanie was taller.

Good one.

I recently read a mini-bio of him. Very introverted and shy with self-confidence issues, his Fonzi character was the complete opposite of who he was/is as a person.

Gets my respect for his acting and ability to overcome fears.

He wears those platform lifts that make him 3 - 4 inches taller. Stallone and Cruise wear them too.
