Flaw
If they had committed unconstitutional acts on anyone else's conviction they would have let him go. Bill deserves the same. I suppose whether he is innocent or not does not matter if his trial was unconstitutional. This is what they always complain about on Dragnet and Adam 12, that someone gets off on a technicality. If others do, then Bill should too.
