I've seen this guy in Prison Break and TDK and absolutely love him, can people recommend me a movie that he has a big role in that he is really good in? Thanks.
Why do you find it so hard to believe?
You should check him out in the new film Wrong. He gets to play a fascinating weirdo character in a very odd but (I think) wonderful movie.

The Amateurs, (really great, funny movie that is so underrated), Albino Alligator (starts off really well but disappoints, however, Mr. Fichtner is amazing as a southern psychopath and very easy on the eyes I might add). Also you must check out Drive Angry, he steals every scene as The Accountant and he has a great part in a film called Nine Lives. He has had smaller roles in so many popular blockbusters and he's completely believable even uttering the cheesiest lines. A true character actor and I hope he stays that way

If my son didn't point him out I would have never recognized him in The Lone Ranger. I thought it was great fun.
