Nah, I think that his eyebrows have just thinned out much more than folks are accustomed to see. Some medical conditions and/or medications can contribute to premature and/or unnatural hair-loss. I know a person that has been taking opioid pain medication (Vicodin, Methadone) for years and he developed "peripheral edema", along with the loss of all the hair on his formerly moderately hairy legs
