Conrad Murray claimed Jackson was secretly HIV positive

Murray said Jackson had HIV and suffers from complications of the illness. The paramedics who answered the call on June 25th to try to revive Jackson noted the person looked to to be someone in the final stages of a terminal illness. The paramedic testified "I thought it was a cancer patient, or someone with AIDS" and " the person was alarmingly thin".

He was supposedly diagnosed in 1996 which is oddly enough, if you look at pictures, when he started looking more "gaunt" facially. By the 2000's he was a skeleton, yes plastic surgery and skin color changes but his facial wasting and extreme weight loss is likely more the result of HIV. So it looks like he lived 13 years after diagnosis.

Murray also claims the autopsy report was a cover-up to exclude HIV.

Jackson did did of a drug over dose but he was sick long term with HIV.
