He was a bad pick for the Mandarin.

Kingsley is a great actor, no doubt about that. But can people stop pretending as if he was a good choice for the Mandarin? Mandarin is supposed to be Chinese, and he should be uber-athletic martial artist. And he should be very classy and refined. Kingsley has neither of those traits. Kingsley looked laughable with that stupid haircut, beard, and with those filthy pseudo-Chinese robes. Tony Leung would've been a far better choice for the Mandarin. But only if the movie was not directed by Shane Black. That hack should stay away as far as possible from the comic book adaptations.

Why cause Guy Pearce portrayed an American.
Obviously such actors want to broaden their acting skills even in voice.
Johnny Depp isn't British. Yet he does a brilliant job in most of his voice acting roles.
