Les Miserables Remake?

So there re-doing it, it looks like. Russell Crowe looks like he's playing Geoffrey's character but it says Geoffrey might have a cameo. What do you guys think?

Captain Barbossa Rocks!

I'm really excited about this and am really hoping Geoffrey will have a role in this new version.

My understanding is that Geoffrey could be playing Thenardier, with Helena Bonham-Carter as his on-screen wife, which wold be nothing short of amazing! They're both really good at playing dislikable characters, and with such relish, and of course I loved them both in 'The King's Speech' (though there is a part of me that doesn't like the idea of possibly having Geoffrey, Helena and Tom Hooper without Colin Firth, even more so given that Geoffrey and Colin are now my fave on-screen couple, but I digress).

It's so wonderful to see REAL actors getting quality work. I like plenty of actors and celebrities who are decent at what they do, but it's something special to see ART, and what actors like these do is Art!

To clarify, the new version of Les Miserables is not a remake of the 1998 movie. This new film is a movie version of the stage musical.

The word "genius" isn't applicable in football. A genius is a guy like Norman Einstein.
