When he made fun of Gabourey Sidibe's weight...

I loathed that he tried to turn it around and pretend he did it out of concern for her health. That's one of the things I hate about Howard Stern. Come on, he did it just to mock her. She was fat, ugly and dark skinned and he wanted a piece of the action considering she was an Oscar contender.

I heard that show. He was denouncing the entertainment field by saying that women are forced to be very skinny and it will be difficult for Gabourey to have a career in a toxic and hostile environment unless she loses weight. I don't remember Howard mentioning her health, but it's been many years.

I saw her in an interview once. She is an extremely positive person. That's when I understood that she is someone very special and people are drawn to her because of her personality. I'm not surprised that she was able to prove Stern wrong and have a very successful acting career. But, unfortunately she is an exception instead of the rule in regard to full-figure actresses.

I found this Stern radio episode the day after discussing the criticism against them. In this, they are discussing her health:
part 1: https://youtu.be/tKOQamIB88Y?si=uUs0kW49XFB26ll1
part 2: https://youtu.be/oay4LkF5V-4?si=3iPxI6zBlb4HYNxi

Gabourey developed diabetes 5 years after this show and only then lost weight. He was right about obesity being dangerous.

update:
I think this is a segment from the original episode:
