Big Valley vs Dynasty look

I can't see that she is the same person. They look entirely different to me. Anyone else feel the same?

I know what you mean. I feel the different styles of photography and the costumes played a part in that, but facially and in terms of her mannerisms, she also looks different.

I grew up in the 70s watching The Big Valley reruns and then when I was in the 10th grade Dynasty started. I didn’t realize at first it was the same actress who played Audra despite the fact I should have recognized the name.
