We all know he is straight in real life but if he played a gay character
would you watch ? I would , i think it would be a stretch for him to play it yet i think he would be great as long as he didn't stereotype it and stayed masculine and tough not campy. Break the hollywood stereotypes like BB mountain did which in reality is more commonplace ,more gay men are masculine and non scene.

Truthfully, I would watch any role SL played. It wouldn't matter - gay - straight. But I really want to see him in a romantic comedy leading man role!!

Stephen plays gay character in the movie Last Exit to Brooklyn (1989). Harry Black (Stephens character) is very confused about his sexuality when he noticed that men turn him on, but he have a wife and a kid at home.

It's a very good movie and Stephen performance is amazing! Like always Stephen have done his homework about his character. There is no stereotypes in his performance. I really recommend that movie to every Stephen Lang fan!

Yes,routasusi,the entire premise of that movie sounds really interesting. I've never seen it,but I've read some about it.

Well,truthfully,if we didn't like the guy or thought he was a crappy actor,would we waste our time posting our thoughts here? I'm sure he's not perfect,but damn,he's pretty close! ;-)

From my perspective, even when he does a less than optimal role there is still always something worthwhile I can find in it. I can't think of anything truly negative to say about him.
